The clocks have just gone back and it’s that time of year again when we start rummaging through our draws and pulling out our running tights, long sleeve base layers and warm running gloves! I’ve got to be honest, I’m not the biggest fan of winter running because I do struggle with the cold conditions. This means I need some quality kit to help me through these challenging months and in this video I take you through some of my favourite winter running essentials!
