This week on TRACK! we have an interview with Finley Mclear who runs for Exeter and is currently competing in the NCAA for Miami University in Ohio. George and Finley discuss life in the US, competing in the NCAAs and Finley's recent impressive performances.
In the pre-show the team discuss a big week of racing across the UK including the Cheshire Elite Marathon and Half-Marathon and some BMC Gold standard racing along with a wealth of other races on the road and track.

This week on TRACK! we have a two-part interview with one of Great Britains female endurance stars Verity Ockenden. Verity is fresh from her Bronze medal win in the 3,000m at the European Indoor Championships in Torun, Poland in the same race as Amelia Quirk took fifth position and Amy-Eloise Markovc won Gold. Verity who runs for Swansea and has PBs of 4.12, 8.46 and 15.34 for the 1,500m, 3,000m and 5,000m respectively sat down and talked all things running and pre-race tunes with Cat.
In the pre-show Cat, Robbie, George and Ben discuss the latest race results including the European Indoor Championships, where we saw amazing performances from the GB team. In the Elite Only Winter 10,000m in Newport, friend of the show Jenny Nesbitt finished in second place behind Lily Partridge in a time of 32.44 with her Cardiff team mate Clara Evans setting a new PB. Mo Farah won the Djibouti Half-Marathon and there were some great performances from British athletes in the US including Finley Mclear's impressive NCAA Division 1 indoor 800m performance and Paddy Dever's 5th place finish in the NCAA Division 1 XC race. The team also discuss the latest running news and look ahead to the Olympic Marathon Trials race in Kew Gardens.
