    14 Mile Long Run @ 7,300ft! / Flagstaff Series Ep. 03 This is my long run from Saturday. It was my first long run here in Flagstaff and it went really well. Ran at A1 Mountain Rd which was stunning. We took the first 7 miles easy as it was mostly up hill. Then did some uptempo miles on the way back. Super happy to have this footage.
