Hello! This week we have a slightly different style of video. Pretty much it's just a plain ol simple track workout, with minimal editing and no music. The workouts were as follows: Joe Klecker & Ben Eidenschink: 4 Sets of (2km, 2min recovery, 1km, 3min recovery) George Beamish & Oliver Hoare: 3 Sets of (2km, 2min recovery, 1km, 3min recovery) + 2x400m Morgan McDickBalls: 3 Sets of (2km, 2min recovery, 1km, 3min recovery) This workout was done in Boulder, Colorado at an altitude of about 5,167ft/1,575m. I'm not gonna spoil anything here, but this was a pretty amazing workout for some, and a not so amazing workout for others...
