After much anticipation FTK's next special series is finally here - The Grego & Andy Show. As hyped up on the main FTK show we are lucky to have both Andy Buchanan and Ryan Gregson together for a weekly podcast in the lead up to Andy's Valencia Marathon in December. Will we see Brett's record fall? For the first couple of episodes Joel (The Black Pearl) will be steering the ship before Riley (Polly Woodside) takes over from him when he returns to Melbourne. Episode #01 sees the two guys recap their successful races at Melbourne Marathon before briefing the listeners on what they can expect over the series. Please note Ryan has promised his mic quality will be drastically improved for next week's recording.

FTK welcomes special fill in host Ryan Gregson into this week's episode. Brett and Ryan go through Ryan’s career from being a star junior, struggling with years of injuries before making the 2016 Olympic 1500m final.
Ryan is now less than 3 weeks away from Hamburg marathon so takes listeners through his week of marathon training (with a dew point of 21). Brett touches on the influence Ryan had on his career in the early days while ticking off another big week including some heat chamber work.

Q&A Sessions are back for Season 4 with a slight change of format. Professional middle-distance runner and two-time Olympian Ryan Gregson sits down with Joel to discuss topics such as fatherhood, success at an early age, injury setbacks and everything in between. We also hear of Ryan's upcoming race plans, his work with Gregson Running and the famous (infamous?) "Freddo Boy" story.

We have a pretty cool episode this week with Coach, Lee Bobbin. Lee is the coach of Cameron Myers, who just a few weeks ago broke Ryan Gregson’s U18 Australian 1500m record, clocking 3:40.60. This time brought Myers to just 0.68 of a second away from becoming the fastest 16-year-old in the history of 1500m running.
Myers is lining up in Melbourne in a few weeks to have a crack at becoming one of the youngest in history to break the Sub 4 mile. We hope you enjoy this chat with Lee Bobbin.

Today we're joined by Team project run head coach Lloyd Kempson. A full time coach who also competes at a high domestic level. Despite his elite level friendships with the likes of Ryan Gregson and Genevieve Gregson, he still managed to find it within himself to come on the podcast. We speak about the sport, his coaching methodology and lots of other things within and outside of the sport.
