One of the goals I have as a coach is that you need me less and less. That's right. Every time we get together I want you to be closer to becoming your own best coach. And we're going to discuss some of the way you can work on becoming a better coach to yourself right now. Spoiler alert: it's going to be a series of questions to ask yourself. And the key to answering those questions the right way is to be honest because an honest answer is always a right answer. So, get ready to ask yourself questions about your purposes for running, your strengths and weaknesses, your commitment level, and so much more.
