After a two-year hiatus, the Florida Trail Runners Podcast is officially back! We’re kicking things off with another unforgettable year at the annual Long Haul 100, a race that continues to draw runners back for its unmatched community—and welcomes others as they take on the 100-mile distance for the very first time.
In this episode, we’re joined by Michael Potts, Luke Vidal, Jeff Bowman, and Lovelyn Findley to recap their Long Haul experiences. Jeff Bowman completed his first-ever 100 miler at Long Haul and got it done. For Michael Potts, this marked his first year racing at Colt Creek State Park coming home with a belt buckle. Luke Vidal secured his third Long Haul finish as he inches closer to the coveted 500-mile belt buckle, while Lovelyn Findley returned for a second year and crushed a massive PR compared to her previous Long Haul!
