Ruth Chepngetich's 2:09:56's Breaks the Marathon!!! Deena Kastor Guest on World Record Run in Chicago

Ruth Chepngetich ran 2:09:56 to smash the marathon world record at the Bank of American Chicago Marathon. In the process she became the first woman to go sub 2:10. Is this the greatest distance performance ever?

Former American record holder and Olympic bronze medallist Deena Kastor joins us for an hour to break down Chicago and Ruth's incredible run and everything Chicago where John Korir got the win on the men's side (update from the pod: the first Ascis WMM win since Yuki Kawauchi in 2018 in Boston).
