

#376 - The vitamin and supplement industry makes billions of dollars per year, much of it from athletes, like us runners. My question this week is: Do runners need supplements? This isn't an easy question to answer. We may or we may not. I break it down and go over the yes and the no answers, as well as what vitamins may help our running.
