A day in my life running TWO times in 1 Day! / *How to increase mileage!*
Have you always wanted to add more weekly mileage, but afraid of getting injured? Doubling may be just the thing for you! In today's video I take you through a day in my life as I double. We talk about some of the rules behind doubling and have to make it beneficial to yourself. Typical in a double day you should leave 6 hours in between each run and have the runs total to over 10 miles. Today I did 10 in the morning and 4 at night. Hope you all enjoy!
