In today's video I give a race recap of my race at the USATF PNW Half Marathon Championships 2023 , where I ran 1:09:08 for 4th place. I talk about my paces, splits, what happened leading up into the race and what I need to work on as a runner in the coming weeks. I give some half marathon tips by way of my experience with this race, so that you can learn from my mistakes and talk a lot about lactate threshold.
