🎉 My NEW Online Coaching Platform is here: Merch - https://joggingclo.com Masterclass - https://joggingroom.com Todays video I'm running an 8 mile tempo with alternating efforts, which is roughly 4.50 per mile on the harder 800, and 5.20 per mile on the slower sections. The goal is to run a little bit quicker than marathon pace, then back off and run a little bit slower than marathon pace to recover etc.. We discuss the importance of momentum in running, and how important it is to protect it.
