Over the. course of the weekend he ran 4 400s which came out to be a 3:13.80 1600! Pretty good.
He shares more into how he's able to handle that type of weekend, how he handled the college workdload and what comes next.
He's dropped 2s from his freshman year and wants to take a stab at the D3 record.
