Winning A 100 Mile Race

In this episode Coach Marshy talks to Lauren about her 100 miles at the Grim Reaper Ultra marathon. With 30 minutes to go before cut off Lauren knew how it was going, but not those at the finish line, hoping to see Lauren appear within the cut off time. Lauren talks about the ultra running experience across many events recently and how she personally deals with the training and process of running long distance.

The Grim Reaper was relaunched in 2023 by Steve Cole & Laura Bailey, runners local to the Grimsthorpe Estate who compete in races of distances from 10km up to 100-miles. It's fair to say that the 260+ runners in 2023 feel they achieved that goal judging by the 4.8* (out of 5) rating on Letsdothis.com
