Post results, UKA qualified mountain running coach and professional trail running guide and race director Rene Borg joins us to help make you a stronger and faster Trail and Mountain runner.     Welcome to our Episode 134 Highlights Show of the Trail Running Ireland Podcast.

    In last weeks show we spoke with one of the leading lights from Team Ireland from the recent European Off Road Running Championships, ie The European Mountain Running Championships; Sinead Farrell was with us to tell us about her 34th place in the 13km Up and Down, Ireland´s highest senior individual place across the weekend along with SarahMcCormack who also came 34th in the Uphill Only race in her 22nd Championship appearance for Ireland.
