Ossama Meslek broke the Italian national record for 1500m indoors this season, before going on to compete in the World Indoors over 3000m. Josh Lay is a European U20 medallist and is looking towards the 1500m this season. Both athletes are based in the UK and we joined them in EIS Sheffield for an indoor workout with some quick splits!
