It's been a month since I ran Transgrancanaria and I'm back to training properly. But what does that look like when I'm not training for races? Pretty much this!
When you've not got pressure from a race, it's the perfect time to build on whatever your weaknesses are. For me, that's strength training (especially after road running for so long).
